How it works

The bar has to do two jobs at a wedding: serve guests efficiently and fit the visual language of the event. We plan around your venue, guest count, menu and service timing so the bar supports both.
You purchase the alcohol; Koa's handles the agreed bar service scope.
Use the beverage menu to carry the couple's personality into the reception.
Ask about welcome parties, rehearsal events and related gatherings.
Venue and planner logistics can be incorporated into the service plan.

Do you provide the alcohol for weddings?
No. Koa's Mobile Bar uses a dry-bar model, so the client purchases the alcohol.
Can you serve a welcome party or rehearsal dinner?
Yes. Those events can be quoted separately based on location, timing, guest count and service needs.
Can you work at venues outside Koa's Events?
Yes. Koa's Mobile Bar is intended to travel to events around Hawaiʻi Island, subject to location and setup logistics.
